Large village house of approximately 200 m² of living space, semi-detached on one side, with a 100 m² garden
The garden level consists of an 8 m² summer kitchen, a 15 m² main kitchen, a large 50 m² living room, an 18 m² bedroom and a 4.2 m² shower room.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms of 9 m², 13.5 m² and 14.5 m², the last two being adjoining, a bathroom of 5.5 m² as well as a converted part of the attic of 17.5 m² under the eaves. A second part of the attic, unconverted, offers an additional 20 m².
The ground floor, accessible from the street and/or from inside the house, includes an entrance hall, a 15 m² room with a window and another 26 m² room without an opening, equipped with a WC.

The framework is in good condition, the roof of hooked tiles with onduline sheets was redone several years ago. The electrical and plumbing installations are not up to standard. LOCAL AREA
The department of the Ariege nestles in the central Pyrenees, next to Spain and Andorra, its highest peaks visible from Toulouse. The department has a very wide diversity of landscapes, with a large area falling within the Regional Natural Park of the Pyrenees-Ariegoises, and some very pleasant towns to explore. Top grade trout streams rush down forested mountainsides into rivers where kayakers paddle. Waymarked walking trails lead to 3000 metres peaks where isards (chamois), marmots and even bears roam. To the east of Ariege the most popular destinations with visitors include the cathar castles at Montsegur and Roquefixade, the medieval town of Mirepoix and the picturesque village at Camon.
